Do I need to create an account?
Yes, as the caregiver — email and password, or Sign in with Apple, so your schedules and history stay backed up. Whoever you're caring for doesn't need an account at all: their device joins with a short pairing code.
How does billing work?
Kinfocus is billed monthly or yearly through the App Store, with a 14-day free trial and no card required to start. You can cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings.
What happens if my trial ends, or I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Their schedule and your history stay in the app — reminders simply stop prompting them, and you stop being notified if a dose is missed, until you're subscribed again.
How many dependents can I add?
As many as you need, on one plan. There's no per-dependent charge.
Which devices does Kinfocus support?
Kinfocus is available for iPhone on the App Store, for both the caregiver and the person being cared for.
